Your jewelry will be packaged in a handprinted kraft paper jewelry box.
Most LaNinja pieces are made by hand. This means your sterling silver and brass jewelry should last for generations, but is a bit more delicate than something made by a machine.
Each LaNinja piece is checked at every stage to ensure itīs in top notch condition. If something happens to slip by us, please email us right away to let us know what went wrong. If itīs something on our end well fix & ship it back at no charge. We occasionally do repairs on our pieces that have seen unfortunate obstacles in daily life, and we can quote you if you email us with a description.

Only 19kr (SEK) shipping in Sweden.
International shipping is Only 39kr(SEK).
Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be shipped.

Returns or problems

Sweden
We accept returns or exchanges within
14 days of arrival according to Swedish consumer Law. Merchandise must be returned
in the same condition as it was received. Customer is responsible for shipping cost. We are not responsible for missing packages. Always contact us before

International Orders
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the shipping date.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs - shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error has been made or the item is damaged. All returned merchandise must be sent back in original condition. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
